One of the first things I learned living in Florida was how to eat seafood. One of my faves is boiled shrimp. Plain boiled shrimp is blah, but with my Mom’s shrimp sauce it is so delicious that I have to share it. My Mom always just threw it together with no measurements so I had to figure out the recipe. It took me quite a few tries to get it just right, but here it is!
- 1 1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Heinz Ketchup
- 3 tsp Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
- 1/2 Lemon fresh squeezed
Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl until thoroughly incorporated. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving. Makes 4 servings.
