BHG Grilled Pork in Blackberry Sauce

My husband is not a huge pork fan unless it’s deep fried. So, I had to get creative! I found a recipe for Grilled Pork in blackberry sauce in a Better Homes and Garden’s magazine last year and it was a hit! Since I’m not real big on spicy pork, I left out the cumin and red pepper. Much to my surprise my husband loved it!  My entire family loved it so much that I decided to share it with you! Here is the recipe from the Better Homes and Garden website.

Grilled Pork in Blackberry Sauce

Directions

  1. Sprinkle all sides of pork with cumin; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Grill pork on the greased rack of a covered grill over medium heat 23 to 25 minutes or until 145 degrees F, turning occasionally. Remove to a cutting board; let stand 3 minutes before slicing.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, combine the preserves, vinegar, Worcestershire, and crushed red pepper. Bring to boiling; boil gently, uncovered, for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve pork with sauce and sprinkle with green onion.
