Developmental Milestones

At Sissy’s 5 year well visit, I noticed a pamphlet from the CDC on developmental milestones. This pamphlet shows what to look for in a child’s development from birth to age 4. It is simple and straight to the point where a child should be at each milestone. If a child does not reach these milestones, or is reaching them much later than other children, it could be a sign of a developmental delay. If you are concerned about your child’s development, talk to your child’s doctor. Don’t wait! Acting early can make a real difference!
