You just can’t have Thanksgiving dinner without broccoli casserole. Trust me when I say this is the easiest and tastiest broccoli casserole you will ever make.
- 1 10 oz package Chopped Broccoli
- 1 10 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook the broccoli according to the package directions and drain well. Mix the broccoli with the remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
