From Drab to Fab

Ever found something on clearance you loved but something was missing? It wasn't perfect but you knew it could be?Yep! Sure have! I love taking something on clearance and making it look designer. Let's face it...home decor is not cheap! I got the most gorgeous fake plants from Ballard Designs and Potterybarn on clearance at fabulous prices. But I wasn't so keen on the base of the plant. They use what looks like fake dirt. It's ok but I wanted it to look more finished! I found the most amazing vase filler at Michaels! Mini rocks! I added them to the drab bases on these amazing faux plants and voila! They don't look like they were from the clearance section now! Check out the video below!
